Datz Restaurant Group in South Tampa (Datz, Dough and Roux) is a nationally acclaimed upscale casual dining destination.  This one of a kind independant restaurant is located in Palma Ceia on MacDill close to Bay to Bay and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.  The menu features elevated American comfort food with a bit of edge to it such as oversized burgers, giant piles of red velvet pancakes and the Travel Channel featured mac and cheese stuffed meatloaf.  Local and artisanal items are plentiful.   • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a catering manager in full service environment
  • Experience with full service alcohol serving facility desirable
  • Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
  • Some exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable
